BEGINNING

SEPTEMBER 25

A 7 week mindful parenting course that brings together a group of longtime Buddhist practitioners and meditation teachers — who are also moms and dads — to explore parenthood as a path of practice.

Join us for live panel discussions, Q&As, pre-recorded talks, and (most importantly) useful, practical tools for showing up with presence, openness and care as we navigate the wild path of raising kids in this unpredictable world.

Course Highlights

Weekly Talks + Meditation

Each week through the end of October, participants will receive a recorded talk and practice from one of our teachers right to your inbox so that you can take it at your own pace and revisit what’s most helpful anytime you need it. The full curriculum can be found here.

7 weeks // 45-60 minutes each week

Live Community Gatherings

Ask questions of our teachers. Share ideas. Talk with other participants. We’ll be hosting 2 live discussions via Zoom with a panel of our teachers — one each month: October 1st at 8pm EST and November 9th at 2pm EST.

2 Live Meetups // 60 minutes each

On the Spot Practices

Being a practitioner means that time tested wisdom doesn’t remain purely theoretical: it’s put to good use, in our lives, where we most need it. This course is designed with application in mind so that you can take what you receive here and use it on your own path of parenthood.
